This information is considered private in nature and The Foundation will not post online, reveal, sell, rent or lease its customer lists, or any private information or unique personally identifiable information to any separate individuals or third parties. Nor does The Foundation collect or disseminate any financial or credit card data. Ever.

     The Foundation will only disclose personal or private information without notice if required to do so by law, or when necessary to conform to the edicts or intent of Federal or State laws, or to comply with a duly executed and served legal notice to The Foundation in conjunction with attorneys’ recommendation to so comply.
